   卧龙资源网 提供本片资源  A grou of rotesters who call themselves quot;mutantsquot; have taken over the inner city streets of a large city. They dress weird to try and show the effects of toxic oisoning. One of the mutants, Slatter, has really been affected. A grou of fraternity boys decide to go into the mutant territory and kidna one of the mutants as a rank. They inadvertently get framed for the murder of the mutant leader and are hunted through the abandoned buildings and dark streets by a crazed Slatter and his gang.
