As he sails down the Meuse through today#39;s landscae of old factories, he returns to the scene of a strike: that of 1960 when, for the last time, the lights of a rebellious region were reflected in the river#39;s waters and when, also for the last time, he believed that his utoian dream would become a reality! Between the activist of twenty years earlier and his quest for a future, the boat#39;s journey begins.
